Alan Lee is a highly accomplished investor, Fund Manager, and Founder with over 25 years of experience across a range of industries, including retail spa & wellness, beauty product manufacturing and distribution, international pageant events, and construction. He specializes in evaluating financial health, identifying investment opportunities, and managing risks to maximize returns across diverse asset classes.
With extensive expertise in financial markets—including equities, fixed income, commodities, and currencies—Alan Lee applies fundamental analysis to assess companies, construct diversified portfolios, and implement effective risk management strategies. He is skilled in financial statement analysis, market trend forecasting, and asset allocation, all aimed at enhancing returns while minimizing risk and volatility.
As an investor, Alan is adept at managing market, credit, liquidity, and operational risks, tailoring risk mitigation strategies to meet specific investment objectives. His experience also includes optimizing and rebalancing portfolios to ensure long-term growth, stability, and alignment with dynamic market conditions.

Dr James Hsieh

James Hsieh possesses extensive leadership experience in BioTech and MedTech transformation, with global expertise spanning life sciences, medical devices, cell and gene therapy (CGT), and digital health. He holds a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering, a Master’s in Optics, and a BS in Electrophysics, with a focus on Biomedical Engineering.
With 15 years of research at A*STAR, James actively drives technology commercialization and venture building international spinoffs through Singapore Deep Tech Alliance, Innovate 360 and SPACE-F, specializing in biotech, foodtech, and healthtech. He is invited as mentor and commercial champion with National GRIP (NUS Enterprise & NTUitive).
James serves as medical advisor at VentureBlick and was CSO at Wantong Investment Holdings, leading biotech M&A strategy and growth. He also holds several corporate advisory roles across sectors including next-gen sequencing (NGS), Web3 AI, and Biopharma. Formerly CEO of Viitar (diagnostics) and Group VP at Shiok Meats (cultivated meat), James has led cross-functional collaborations and crafted strategic partnerships.
Dr. Ron Tan

Dr Tan graduated with his PhD in Biomedical Science from National University of Singapore. His research interests include development of diagnostics for infectious diseases and cancers, as well as studies on key biomarkers discovery using proteomics and genomics.
Has published more than 35 international peer reviewed journals, 1 book chapter, 2 international patents and 3 know-hows. Dr Ron Tan is a well-known researcher in academic research and innovations in medtech and digital healthcare space, particularly in area of predictive analytics, precision medicine, cancer diagnostics and infectious diseases. He has won many awards, notably the Best Innovative Award for Public Service in 2004, Excellence in R&D Award in 2012.
Currently founder of Pathomics Health Group, Dr Ron has grown the group leaps and bounds, becoming a leading genomic data centre and cancer diagnostic lab in the region, while forming strategic collaborative partnerships with many hospitals, universities, pharmaceutical companies and research institutes.
Chee Yong Chua

Chee Yong Chua is a business strategist with over 25 years of experience in forging strategic partnerships, driving growth, and leveraging AI and digital technologies to enhance productivity. With a consulting background and a track record of impactful results, he is recognised for bridging innovation with execution.
In healthcare, Chee Yong has spent more than a decade addressing challenges around data, trust, and ROI in operationalising AI. At Oncoshot, he drives AI-driven solutions to automate data extraction and enrichment across multiple countries, tackling one of the sector’s toughest barriers: transforming unstructured documents into data for clinical research and evidence generation.
His expertise also extends to building trust in AI systems among clinicians and patients. Having deployed AI solutions in Singapore’s healthcare ecosystem for over 10 years, he established rigorous Quality Assurance and automated surveillance frameworks to monitor Model and Data Drift, safeguarding performance and safety.
Previously at Singapore’s Ministry of Health, he developed business justifications for national projects, ensuring investments were tied to measurable outcomes.
